14. Subject to section 17, hunting is permitted for the animals and under the conditions provided for in Schedule III with the exception of the territories shown on the plans in Schedules XX, XXI, XXIII to XXVIII, XXX to XXXII, XXXV, CLXXXIII, CLXXXVII and CCXIV and Montmorency Forest Sector A shown on the plan in Schedule CCXVII where hunting remains prohibited. In the territory of the Beauharnois canal shown on the plan in Schedule CCXV, hunting is prohibited during the period from the third Saturday of September to 26 December.
Subject to section 17, in the controlled zones specified in Schedule IV, hunting seasons for moose with Type 10, 11 or 13 implements are determined by the provisions of Schedule IV. The provisions of Schedule III for that species, respecting hunting seasons with Type 10, 11 or 13 implements, do not apply to those controlled zones.
Subject to section 17, in the territories shown on the plans in Schedule V, the seasons and types of implements for white-tail deer and moose hunting are determined by the provisions of Schedule V, and the provisions of Schedule III respecting hunting seasons and types of implements for those species do not apply; however the hunting of white-tailed deer, female or male, with antlers of less than 7 cm is permitted in the territories mentioned in section 2 of this Schedule as long as the outfitting operations, which operate on those territories, apply that option for each year of a 3-year period in the white-tailed deer management plan.
Subject to section 17, in the territories shown on the plans in Schedules CIX, CX, CXVIII, CXXX, CXXXI, CXLV and CCXIII for moose hunting, the Type 6 implement provided for in Schedule III for hunting that species is replaced by a Type 11 implement.
In the territory shown on the plan in Schedule XIX, for small game and black bear, only hunting with a bow or crossbow is permitted as well as hunting with a bird of prey in accordance with section 34.1; in the case of snowshoe hare and Eastern cottontail rabbit, hunting with a Type 7 implement is also permitted. For white-tailed deer and, subject to section 17, for moose, only hunting with a Type 11 implement is permitted during the periods for Area 2 provided for in Schedule III for a Type 11 implement.
In the territories shown on the plans in Schedules CLXXXIV, CLXXXV and CLXXXVI, hunting is permitted only with a bird of prey, in accordance with section 34.1, and with a bow, crossbow or implement referred to in paragraph 7 or 8 of section 31 in sectors 1, 2 and 3 of Parc régional de la Seigneurie du Lac Matapédia, identified on those plans.
In Area 3, except the territories shown on the plans in Schedules XXXIII and CXCII, small game hunting is permitted under the conditions prescribed in Schedule III and section 34.1.
During a wild turkey hunting season in sections 16 and 16.1 of Schedule III, hunting is permitted only in the morning from one half hour before sunrise until noon. In addition, hunting is permitted only at a distance of more than 100 m from any place where bait has been deposited.

14.
